PURPOSE:To provide a superconducting magnet device which can prevent the stability of a superconducting coil from being spoiled due to the difference in thermal contraction or due to the mechanical vibrations caused by a refrigerator and which is cooled directly by the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:In a superconducting magnet device, superconducting coils 11, 12 are cooled directly through thermal conduction by a cooling stage 24 by a GM refrigerator 22, and the refrigerator is cooled directly. In the superconducting magnet device, the cooling coils 11, 12 are connected thermally by a heat-conducting member 28 which is formed of a flexible member. |
