<p>PURPOSE:To fix a step core surely and rigidly, by forming a pair of L-shaped metal fittings wherein each of the end portions engages with the corner part of the stepped core and the other end portions is worked to form a screw, and fastening the other end portions of the L-shaped metal fittings to a base metal fitting to fix the step core by using bolts. CONSTITUTION:A stepped core 8 is fixed to a base metal fitting 16 by using L-shaped metal fittings 11 formed on both sides in the width direction. A pair of the L-shaped metal fittings 11 have one end portions 11a protruding in the lateral direction, in the upper parts, and the other end portions 11b in which screw holes are previously formed, in the lower parts. The one end portions 11a are arranged on both sides of the stepped core 8, so as to engage with the step part of the stepped core 8. The other end portions 11b are screwed and fastened through penetration holes formed in the base metal fitting 16, by using bolts 12 or the like. Thus the stepped core 8 is fixed to the base metal fitting 16. Thereby the wide area is pressed against the base metal fitting surface excellent in flatness, so that the step core can be surely and rigidly fixed without deviation.</p> |
