<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color toner maintaining releasability to a heat fixing roll and giving a toner image capable of forming a projected image having satisfactory color reproducibility when the toner image is formed on an OHP sheet. CONSTITUTION:When a toner is obtd. by melting and kneading at least two kinds of bonding resins, a colorant and at least one kind of releasing agent selected from among free fatty acid freed carnauba wax having an acid value of <=5, montan wax and oxidized rice wax having an acid value of 10-30, the existing ratio of the colorant dispersed in the bonding resin having the lowest haze degree is made higher than that in the bonding resin having a higher haze degree.
