PURPOSE:To obtain a resampling clock recovery circuit employing a VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) using an LC oscillator and whose frequency is stable and which has a wide frequency control range in the high-vision optical video disk of the MUSE system. CONSTITUTION:A crystal oscillator 12 is employed for a reference oscillator and an oscillating frequency of the crystal oscillator 12 and a VCO 5 is frequency-divided into a low frame or field frequency respectively at frequency dividers 9-11, 13-15. Then the phases of the both are compared at a phase comparator 1, its comparison output control the VCO 5, and the same frequency stability of the crystal oscillator 12 is set to a slow period. |
