PURPOSE:To provide a solar battery module having a reliability during a long term, by improving its moistureproofness. CONSTITUTION:In a solar battery module wherein a solar battery element 102 is surrounded by a filler 105 and it has its front and rear covering films 106, 104, the front and rear covering films 106, 104 are stuck on each other in a thermally fused way. Thereby, the solar battery module whose end part water is extremely hard to penetrate it can be generated. As a result, the moistureproofness of the solar battery is improved, and the reduction of its conversion efficiency is prevented, and further, its reliability during a long term is improved largely. |
