PURPOSE:To automatically or semiautomatically generate a knowledge base from an already prepared database or usually generated document data and to synthetically support elaboration or proofreading and documentation. CONSTITUTION:A documentation support control part 9 controls the whole of documentation support and interprets and manages required set information for support contents. A document/sentence analysis control part 12 receives analysis indication information from the documentation support control part 9 based on the indication of this control part 9 at the time of input of a document/sentence and analyzes data of the objective document/sentence. A goodness-of-fit evaluating part 18 evaluates the goodness-of-fit between the knowledge in a document/sentence expression knowledge data base 15 and the analysis result through a database retrieval control part 14 and selects several expression knowleges of the document/sentence having the highest goodness-of-fit in this evaluation. A retrieving and identifying part 19 extracts information required for effective and more proper expression generation out of selected expression knowledges from the input of the document./sentence. |
