System consisting of an electronic radio frequency emitter 1 and receiver 2 operating assembly, the emitter 1 being portable and permanently generating a radio frequency signal which is audible to said receiver 2 which is stationary with respect to the boat, and it incorporates an electronic control section 13 connected to the receiving section 11 and, the system being activated, it detects any interruption in the reception of said receiving section 11, generating an emergency signal 15 which consequently actuates automatic stopping of the boat and any supplementary reactions. <IMAGE>
