<p>A composition for an injection for curing lesioned tissues is produced either by compounding sodium hydrogensulfite with various ingredients other than tannic acid in an arbitrary order and then adding tannic acid thereto, or by preparing a composition comprising a water-soluble aluminum compound and a chelate compound and another composition comprising tannic acid and sodium hydrogensulfite, mixing the two compositions together, and further adding, if necessary, a polyhydric alcohol and/or a saccharide to one or both of the above compositions or to the mixture thereof. The above procedure serves to prevent the oxidation of tannic acid and the direct reaction between tannic acid and aluminum ions originating in aluminum potassium sulfate, thus giving a stable injection composition with a constant chemical composition.</p> |
