Liposome composition and procedure for obtaining it. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical compositions with an external aqueous phase containing charged or uncharged phospholipidic liposomes, other active principles and non- ionic emulsifiers of the type of esters of glycerine and polyethylene glycol of saturated fatty acids, in an emulsifiers/phospholipids ratio of 80-150/1 by weight, and a procedure which allows the liposomes to be dispersed without them being solubilized, remaining stable during the process and in the emulsion obtained, and which is characterized by initially preparing the emulsion of external aqueous phase, adding thereto the cosmetic active principles and the additives at a temperature between 30 and 65degreeC, and finally incorporating the suspension of liposomes at a temperature between 20 and 40degreeC and at a stirring speed less than 50 r.p.m.
