The machine has distribution conduits in which some have cut-off devices (11) in order to carry out travel lane markings, whereby the distribution conduits (9) issue in sowing shears (5). The travel lane switching device (15) is so coupled with the adjustment device of the controlled feed device (3) that the latter is adjusted so that the quantity to be issued is reduced by a part amt. fed to the sowing shear located on the travel lane. In the drive of the controlled feed unit (10) a transmission gear is arranged, which has a further transmission stage, the ratio of which is 1:1. The transmission gear has a switch device which is coupled to the travel lane switching device.
