In the side guide rails (4,15) move armoured slats of the roller shutter. There is a coiled insect screen (6) with an end bar (8) also running in the guide rails. The bar and roller shutter motions are independent and controllable from the window inner side. Below the guide rails is located a window sill (5) with a top cover (9). The screen winding shaft as a spring shaft prestressed in the coiling sense, is fitted below the sill cover and is itself covered towards the outside of the window aperture (2). The screen runs below the cover to the end bar via a deflector. The end bar top position in (de)lockable.
