The present invention is concerned with novel compounds having formula (I), the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein Alk represents C14alkanediyl; D is a bicyclic heterocycle of formula (a) or (b) wherein each R1 independently is C2-6alkenyl; C2-6alkynyl; C3-6cycloalkyl optionally substituted with C1-4alkyl; C1-19alkyl optionally substituted with C36cycloalkyl, halo, C1-6alkyloxy or cyano; and each R2 independently is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl. Novel compounds; compositions; processes for preparing novel compounds and intermediates are described.
