The apparatus is for improving a power transmission efficiency and minimizing twisting vibration of a cam shaft. It comprises a timing belt (2) making a crank shaft (3) interconnect with an exhaust cam shaft (10) or a suction cam shaft (20); a chain (20) for driving the exhaust cam shaft (10) and the suction cam shaft (20); a journal (40) formed on a side of a chain driver of the cam shafts (10,20); guides (50,52) equipped in a release part (34) and a tension part (32) of the chain (30).
