PURPOSE:To finish regenerating and cleaning operation in a short time by reducing the number of revolutions of a blower motor of an indoor unit side during regenerating and cleaning operation. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a regenerating and cleaning operation for cleaning offensive odor ingredient adsorbed by a deodorizing unit by thermal decomposition, it is switched to a plurality of blower motor number-of-revolutions stored previously in blower motor number-of-revolutions memory means 41 by blower motor number-of-revolutions altering means 42. Thus, it can be rapidly raised to a thermal decomposing temperature (about 300 deg.C) necessary for regenerating and cleaning operation by reducing the number of revolutions of a blower motor in the indoor side unit during regenerating and cleaning operation. In this manner, the regenerating and cleaning operation can be finished in a short time.
