<p>PURPOSE:To produce a new liquor removed in the 'alcoholic smell' and 'sharp taste' of a sake or SHOCHU (Japanese distilled spirit) giving a soft and refreshing drinking touch by adding hop to the sake or SHOCHU in its brewing process. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of a method for producing 'a new liquor' having a refreshing flavor and giving a soft drinking touch comprises by adding 0.01% of dried hop to a sake or SHOCHU in a process for brewing the sake or the SHOCHU.</p> |
