DEEP DRAWING COMPOSITE SHEET AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet good in scar resistance and deep drawing properties and having a constant matte degree by constituting the sheet of an upper sheet comprising a specific compsn. containing polyolefin and a lower sheet comprising a specific compsn. containing polyolefin and different from the compsn. of the upper sheet. CONSTITUTION: An upper sheet 2 constituting a sheet contains 20-80 pts.wt. of crosslinked PP-EPDM and 80-20 pts.wt. of a un-crosslinked propylene-block- copolymer and 15-1 wt.% of the latter is replaced with a polymer having a reactive group and/or an ionomer. The lower sheet 3 constituting the sheet consists of 5-55 wt.% of partially crosslinked EPDM, 13-25 wt.% of a propylene polymer, 73-19 wt.% of a polymer having a reactive group based on ethylene and (meth)acrylic acid and/or an ionomer and 9-1 wt.% of a polymer having a reactive group. A polyurethane-containing layer is arranged to the upper part of the upper sheet or the lower part of the lower sheet 3 to become a protective layer 1.
