PURPOSE:To improve wettability and adhesivity to a glass surface, prevent the break of a glass fiber cord by reducing water susceptibility of an adhesive layer and largely extend the life of a belt. CONSTITUTION:Glass fiber cord (a tensile resistant member for belt) 4 treated in a treating liquid prepared by dissolving a hydrogenated nitrile rubber (H-NBR) and a kneaded body mainly containing a methylene donor and a methylene acceptor which form a resorcin resin in an organic solvent, is embodied in a main body 3 of a belt. |
