PURPOSE:To enable stable rotation of an air motor, obtain an excellent grinding effect, and suck and supply sufficient water from a water jet passage onto a face to be ground by the introduction of less pressurizing air even if capacity of a pressurizing air supply source is low. CONSTITUTION:A grinding body 23 is connected to an eccentric shaft 21 connected to an air motor 5 in such a way that rotary force is not transmitted via a bearing 22. A water jet passage 28 of the grinding body 23 is connected to a supply port 33 of a water supply pipe 32. An air nozzle 35 which causes ejector action is positioned in such a way that it faces the water supply port 33, and an exhaust passage of the air motor 5 is connected to the air nozzle 35. |
