摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To safely carry out work even in hot-line condition by performing an overhead power distribution line work at high lift remotely from a ground operator room. CONSTITUTION:First, second, and third bases 51, 52, and 53 that can be rotated independently around the post 4 at the top end of the boom 2 of a high lift work device are provided. Also robot arms 71 and 72 are provided on one side of the first base 51, and a tool and equipment stand is provided on the other side. Then both or either of an exclusive tool stand and a general purpose tool and equipment stand for robot arm is installed on the second base 52. A monitoring camera is positioned at each part and, while monitoring the movement of the top end of the robot arm, the overhead power distribution line work at high lift is made remotely from a ground operator room.</p>
