PARTITION TYPE POLYESTER CONJUGATE FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a partition type polyester conjugate fiber excellent in process stability in spinning and capable of providing a ultrafine fiber by alkali reduction treatment. CONSTITUTION:This partition type polyester conjugate fiber consists of a polyester (component B) containing ethylene terephthalate unit as a main recurring unit and a modified polyester (component A) obtained by copolymerizing 1-10wt.% polyethylene glycol having 200-6000 number-average molecular weight and blending the resultant copolyester with 2-10wt.% of a polyether ester consisting of a dicarboxylic acid component and a polyethylene glycol component, and the fiber has a fiber cross section in which the component B is divided into plural parts by the component A.
