PURPOSE:To provide a food forming apparatus capable of producing rolled-in- laver foods of uniform shape hygienically in high productivity, so designed that a conveyer belt provided with trough-like grooves along folds are guided with specific guides and width-narrowing rollers. CONSTITUTION:On the way of carrying a conveyer belt 5 from a driven pulley 6 to a driving pulley 4, the conveyer belt is held from below between two conical width-narrowing rollers 7, 7 and provided with trough-like grooves along plural parallel folds in the longer direction. Both ends of the conveyer belt is suction-held with two guides 9, 9 with many air suction perforations on the upper part and the conveyer belt is made to slide on the guide in such a state as to retain trough shape. |
