CONSTITUTION:After printing a winning result of a lot and an amount of money of commodity respectively to a concealed information recording part X provided on a concealed part 4 and an account information recording part Y further, an outside part of a folding perforation is turned inside, peelable adhesive layer is allowed to press and stick and the information in the part X is allowed to hide. The sheet is cut off at a detaching end part 3 after that and handed over to a customer as hiding receipt 10.
