CONSTITUTION:In a facility comprising a base ship 1 floating on water, more than one temperature sensor 10 suspended from the ship 1 at different depths in water, a pumping means 14 suspended from the ship 1 to be able to change the depth, and an air jetting means 18 suspended from the ship 1 to be able to change the depth, water is circulated by the pumping means 14 and oxygen is supplied by the air ejecting means 18.
