PURPOSE:To make it possible to install joints which adjoin each other at a corner in such a fashion that they may be interconnected smoothly. CONSTITUTION:A liquefied joint material is cured on two adjacent sides of a square-shaped board material 1, thereby forming joints 2. Each joint which adjoins each other at a corner, is projected on an extended line, thereby forming a surplus joint 3, which projects from the corner of each joint 2. Each of the surplus joints 3 is cut off. This construction makes it possible to install the joints 2 of each building board which adjoins each other at the corner in a smooth and continuous state without dividing each adjacent joint 2 at a raised part.
