PURPOSE:To obtain an additive for mycorrhizic fungi culture which can directly cause the formation of fungal fruits or their rudiments and enables large proliferation of mycorrhizic fungi in a short time. CONSTITUTION:When mycorrhizic fungi such as 'MATSUTAKE' or 'HONSHIMEJI' are cultured in a mixture of the culture soil with an artificial medium containing aqueous solution of nutrients and additives, one of the additives is naturally occurring crude pectin, purified pectin, hydrolyzate therefrom or their mixture. |
