SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION OF POLYSACCHARIDE WITH NITROGEN FROM TARAXACI RADIX

摘要

The dried herb powder was mixed with 80-100% lower alcohol to removc the melted compounds and the residue was reflux-extracted with adding the distilled water then the solution was centrifugal-separated to remove the residue. The remained upper solution was concentrated under the reduced pressure to precipitate and then the precipitate was melted in the distilled water and ultrafiltrated to give nitrogen-containing polysaccharoid.
