CONSTITUTION:A quantity of air to be supplied to a moist air generating device 80 is controlled based on a result obtained in such a manner that a signal obtained from a rotation speed detecting means 120 of a casting drum 4 or a speed measuring means 130 of a resin film is computed by a control device 1351.
