PURPOSE:To increase the active frequency of FF as well as to increase the degree of integration by actuating backward the NPN-type transistor which contains no carrier injection mechanism to supply the clock pulse signals of the input. CONSTITUTION:The clock pulse signal is supplied to at least two units among logic elements 61-66 which form flip-flop circuit 60. Then NPN-type transistor 71 and 72, which contain the carrier injection mechanism to supply the clock pulse signals, are actuated backward. Thus, the active frequency can be increased, at the same time increasing the degree of integration. |
