CELLULOSE FIBER MADE OF HIGHLY LIGHT-RESISTIVE AND ODORLESS VISCOSE AND IT PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a cellulose fiber made of a highly light-resistive and odorless viscose by compounding the fiber with an EDTA-copper chelate compound containing a specific amount of caper. CONSTITUTION:After bleaching following the spinning and opening treatments in a refining process for the production of a cellulose fiber made of a viscose, the cellulose fiber is immersed in a solution containing an EDTA-copper chelate compound at pH 3-9 to carry 0.1-200ppm of the EDTA-copper chelate compound in terms of copper to obtain a cellulose fiber made of an odorless viscose and free from the loss of the copper ion, the decrease of light resistance and troubles, e.g. coloring in a dyeing process.
