<p>PURPOSE:To securely absorb and remove harmful components in a gas to be treated by composing a gas passage which passes through the treatment zones of two rotor elements in sequence to be divided into too passages by a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust discharged from an exhaust duct 3 of a spray booth, etc., passes through a passage which is divided into two passages by a partition plate and passes through the treatment zones A of rotor elements 4a, 4b in sequence. The exhaust passing through one passage first passes through the treatment zone A of a passage in which the regeneration zone B of the rotor element 4a is formed and cools a part of the rotor element 4a which is heated at a high temperature in the regeneration zone B and transferred to the treatment zone A, and harmful components contained in the gas to be treated are adsorbed in the relevant part. For the gas to be treated passing through the other passage, the harmful components are adsorbed almost completely by passing through the treatment zones of the rotor elements 4a, 4b in sequence.</p> |
