<p>PURPOSE:To make a cleaning process of a resin pipe and its preheating unnecessary by removing a coating process of an adhesive by a method wherein a material of the resin pipe and the adhesive are protruded simultaneously in a melt state, and the resin pipe is bonded to a metal pipe by an adhesive layer on an outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe. CONSTITUTION:Non-foamed resin and adhesive are simultaneously extruded by using a two-layer extruding mold 10 so that an adhesive layer 1b is located on an outer peripheral surface of a single resin layer 1a. The two-layer resin extruding mold 10 has two resin inflow openings 11, 12 which are respectively connected to a main extruder 20 and a sub extruder 30. Respective resin inflow openings 11 and 12 are communicated to resin passages 13 and 14. Materials of the two layers are enabled to be extruded so that the resin passages are joined together before a cylindrical resin discharge opening 15, resin from one side resin inflow opening 11 is located on an inner surface side, and resin from the other side resin inflow opening 12 is located on an outer surface side.</p> |
