发明名称 METHOD FOR FUSION WELD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable a resin molded product to be easily bonded by a method wherein the resin molded product wherein a conductive particulate is dispersed is brought in contact with a fusion weld part, and then microwave is irradiated thereon. CONSTITUTION:Graphite, indium oxide, etc., of which particle size is at most 100mum are used as a conductive pariculate. Those particulates are used as a resin molded product wherein those particulates are dispersed in a polymer to be molded. As a method wherein the conductive particulate is dispersed in the polymer for example, the conductive particulate is mixed in a polymer solution and sufficiently mixed and dispersed with a ball mill, a homogenizer, etc., and molded in a specific form and dried. Microwave is irradiated on the molded product. When resin is fused by pressurizing a bonded part in irradiation, it is made sufficiently fusion welded.</p>
