PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process, stabilize physical properties and moreover prevent damage during the manufacture of tubular compsite moldings by covering an expansive inner mold with an outer mold after a prepreg is laminated on the inner mold and expanding and simultaneously hardening the inner mold. CONSTITUTION:At first, a prepreg 1 is laminated on an inner mold having expansibility. As an expansive inner mold, a preferable structure is such that a cylindrical object 3 having rigidity is covered in a closely contact state with a cylindrical plastic bag 5 having airtightness so that the bag can be expanded by sending gas or liquid thereinto after opening a valve 4. It is preferable that the plastic bag 5 is made of a nylon film and the cylindrical object 3 is made of metal or plastic. Then, after the inner mold is covered with an outer mold, it is expanded and simultaneously hardened. For example, in the case where the cylindrical object 3 having rigidity, which is covered with the cylindrical plastic bag 5 having airtightness, is used as the expansive inner mold, gas and the like are sent into the interior of the plastic bag 5, and the prepreg 1 is cured by heating as it keeps a pressurized state. |
