PURPOSE:To obtain the fitting structure of a hinge cap, which is simple and durable in the fitting strength, by forming a fitting part in the insertion hole of a fixing cylinder and holding the lower part of inserted hinge cap at a pair of fixing jaws when the hinge cap is inserted in the insertion hole of the fixing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of an insertion part 14 is divided into two at a groove 17 and a pair of fixing parts 18, 18 are formed. And an arc form 19 and a narrow groove 20 thereabove are formed at the end face of the inside. A cylindrical fitting part 22 protruded to the inside wall 21 is fitted to the arc form 19. When the fixing parts 18, 18 are free, the opposite distance between respective fixing parts 18, 18 is made narrow so that the arc form 19 is a little smaller than the diameter of cylindrical fitting part 22. The jaws 23 is positioned at the lower part of the arc form 19 and they support the lower part of the fitting part 22 when the fitting part 22 is set. The fixing parts 18, 18 are widened breadthwise by the groove 20 when the fitting part 22 is inserted in the arc form 19. |
