<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in cargo loading and unloading work for a motor truck by employing a constitution where a hook and a locking part are engaged with and disengaged from each other by turning a handle against the resiliency of a spring, and a gate is engaged with and disengaged from a guard frame in a single operation. CONSTITUTION:When side gates 13, 13 are closed to be engaged with a guard frame 11 through an engaging mechanism 20, the side gates 13, 13 are turned around hinges 21. By pushing the upper part of the gate into the guard frame 11 side to make it nipped by a torsion spring 3, the hook part 1a of a handle 1 moves over the circular part of a locking part 2 on the guard frame 11 side and is fitted into an engagement hole 2a. In opening the side gates 13, 13 by disengaging them from the guard frame 11, the handle 1 is rotated in an arrow direction Y against the resiliency of the torsion spring 3 from its closed condition to disengaged the hook part 1a from the locking part 2 on the guard frame 11 side. It is thus possible for the gates 13, 13 to turn smoothly around the hinges 21.</p> |
