<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a quality control device in textile machinery, capable of readily analyzing causes of occurrence of tension abnormality. CONSTITUTION:This device is a quality control device in textile machinery, having a great number of units and a measuring means 7 for finding tension of running yarn in each unit. The device is equipped with a sampling means 15 for sampling measured values of tension by the measuring means 7 at given time intervals (t), a memory 20 for retaining sampled measured data for given times and an evaluating means 17 which estimates the tension data D1 of the memory 20 at given time intervals T and forms alarm data when the data come out of a control limit. The tension data D1 in formation of the alarm data are saved, then successive tension data D2 are accumulated and the tension data D1 and D2 can be displayed.</p> |
