PURPOSE: To provide a vascular system connecting appliance which can be freely implanted and is tangible from the outside of the body by arranging a housing part which has an outlet port and demarcates plural individual reservoirs to receive a fluid curative medicine, a self sealing cover part and a tangible means which is in close vicinity to the reservoirs and is tangible from the outside of the body. CONSTITUTION: An appliance 1 has a main body part 2 to demarcate an almost cup-shaped central recessed part to form reservoirs to hold a fluid curative medicine, and a housing 2 has an opening surface closed by a cover member 3 held by a presser ring 4. The cover member 3 is formed of a self-sealing polymer, and can be connected by a hypodermic syringe to the reservoirs demarcated by the cover member 3 and the housing 2. Holes 8 are bored at equal intervals around an outer periphery of the housing 2 on a plate 7, and a suture to suture a tissue layer of the body is inserted into the holes 8. The contour of the cover member 3 is demarcated so that a knob, that is, a protrusive part 34 of the presser ring 4 can be easily felt from the outside of the body.
