PURPOSE:To enhance cooling efficiency by an air conditioner, and concurrently ventilate efficiently air within a cabin by controlling the operation of a motor- operated closing mechanism in such a way that each closing type rear quarter window is in an open condition when indoor temperature is higher than outdoor temperature. CONSTITUTION:When it is judged that indoor temperature is higher than outdoor temperature, a controller 16 shifts each stopper 13 and 19 from a projection condition to an evacuation condition. After that, motors 12 and 20 for each rear quarter window is drivingly controlled until each full open limit switch 15 and 18 is turned on, so that both of arms are projected until the right and left rear quarter windows 3 and 21 are fully opened. By this constitution, even when a cabin is in a high temperature condition with a vehicle left over as is under the burning sun, hot air within the cabin is efficiently discharged, and cooling efficiency can thereby be enhanced with the burden of an air conditioner lessened. |
