<p>PURPOSE:To use a standardized roof for a standard unit, even when the north side eaves is required to be lowered, due to a setback required at the north side. CONSTITUTION:The first roof 21 is provided on the upper surface of the parallel section 8A of a trapezoidal unit 8, and the second roof 31 is provided on the upper surface of the slope 8B of the unit 8. The second roof 31 is mounted under the first roof 21 and in such state as having a step therefrom. Also, the eaves of the first roof 21 is positioned, so as to be superposed on the slope 8B of the second floor 31 over an area up to the intermediate section thereof.</p> |
