At this time, since the projection part 2a is engaged at the almost central part of the spring receiving member 2, the distortions of a plurality of the springs 5 become equal and uniform head pressing pressure can be obtained in a line direction. Since a positioning part 7b is arranged in the vicinity of the contact part to prescribe the position of the cutter cover 7a, even if the attachment of the cutter cover 7a is inclined as shown by a dotted line, the engaging position of the spring receiving member 2 is not changed. Therefore, even when part accuracy or attaching accuracy is bad to a certain degree, head pressing force can be kept constant.
