摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a 2C hydrocarbon by subjecting methane to oxidative coupling reaction in the presence of a specific perovskite-type oxide. CONSTITUTION:Methane is subjected to oxidative coupling reaction in the presence of a perovskite-type oxide selected from a group consisting of SrCo1-xLixO2.25to3 (0<=X<=0.25) and SrCo0.8Mg0.2O2.4to3. This reaction is carried out while passing methane through either one surface of a membrane formed body such as a tube-like or disk-like membrane formed body constituted of the perovskite-type oxide and passing oxygen or an oxide-containing gas such as air or a combustion dischage gas through other surface of the formed body. By using the specific perovskite-type oxide, producing activity of a 2C hydrocarbon, selectivity to the 2C hydrocarbon and durability of a 2C hydrocarbon- producing activity are improved without requiring activating treatment of the oxide as pretreatment in the conventional technique and, simultaneously, production of CO2 can remarkably be reduced. |
