PURPOSE: To easily form a bone to house a prosthetic transplant by providing a cutting guide to house a cutter and an arranging guide to set a thighbone base part in an appliance set to form a transplant to receive the bone so as to be closely adapted to an engaging surface. CONSTITUTION: After a distant end part 2 of a thighbone 1 is exposed, an intramedullary hole is formed in the center of a distant thighbone to house an intramedullary device, and an arranging guide 10 is inserted into the intramedullary hole until a platform contacts with a distant kind. Next, a longitudinally arranging guide (AP guide) 30 having a thighbone base part is slidably arranged to the arranging guide 10. After the AP guide 30 is positioned by a surgeon, a bone screw having plural tapers is inserted into a through hole in the thighbone base part, and the base part is fixed to the inside and outside of the thighbone 1. Next, after the AP guide 30 and the arranging guide 10 are removed, an almost C-shaped thighbone cutting guide is arranged in and fixed to the base part, and a bone of a necessary place is excised by operating a cutter installed in this. |
