<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a noise or the like from being generated by arranging a curved guide plate corresponding to a paper feed roller, providing a separating pad in an internal surface of the curved guide plate, and providing the paper feed roller and the separating pad so as to not directly come into contact, so that friction or the like is prevented in a constitutional member of a paper handling device. CONSTITUTION:Relating to a paper feed tray 5 arranged in a paper feed part of a picture forming device 1, a paper feeder 10 by a paper feed roller 11 and a separating pad 15 is arranged, and the separating pad 15 is provided in an internal surface of a curved guide plate 16, to set a clearance (d) a little wider than thickness of a sheet of paper from a surface of the paper feed roller 11. In a part of the downstream of the paper feeder 10, a paper conveying path 20 for conveying paper in a U-turn shape is arranged in an upper part of the paper feed tray 5, and paper fed out by the paper feed roller 11 is fed out toward a conveying roller device 23. A surface of the paper feed roller 11 is not brought into direct contact relating to the separating pad 15, but paper handling action can be well displayed.</p> |
