<p>PURPOSE:To provide the method for dezincification treatment of high efficiency in order to effectively utilize scrap contg. zinc. CONSTITUTION:This method for treating the scrap comprises evaporating away the zinc contained in the scrap contg. the zinc, for example, zinc plated steel sheet scrap, by holding the moldings of the scrap for >=10 minutes at >=650 deg.C by electrical heating. Non-oxydative, for example, nitrogen, argon or partial combustion waste gaseous atmosphere of petrochemical fuel is usable for the atmosphere at the time of a heat treatment.</p> |
