PURPOSE:To classify waste to magazines, empty bottles, aluminum cans and steel cans by disposing a scraper conveyor having feed and return means below a hopper and disposing a belt conveyor having magnet rollers on the inner side thereof. CONSTITUTION:Of the waste discharged from the hopper 1 to the scraper conveyor 2, the magazines spread and do not pass a sieve 9 and are, therefore, transported by feed scrapers 2A to a magazine discharging chute 18. On the other hand, the empty bottles and aluminum cans among the containers past the sieve 9 are dropped onto a floor 3 by a feed belt 11A of the belt conveyor 11 and are then transported by the return scrapers 2B onto an empty bottle classifying means 16. Only the empty bottles are dropped onto an empty bottle discharging chute 13. The aluminum cans pass an empty bottle classifying means 16 and are dropped onto an aluminum can discharging chute 14. Further, steel cans are attracted on the magnet rollers 11c and are dropped onto a steel can discharging chute 15. |
