PURPOSE:To enable operation even without receiving the supply of driving power from outside and facilitate the maintenance, such as supply of a disinfecting chemical by using an aerosol container packed with the disinfecting chemical and compressed gas and spraying the disinfecting chemical to a disinfecting space to be inserted with the human hand by the spraying power of the compressed gas built in the container. CONSTITUTION:The light from a light emitting element 13 to a light receiving element 15 is shut off and the admission of the hand into the spraying space 25 is detected by a controller 11 when the hand is inserted into the disinfecting space 25. The controller runs a gear head motor 81 by receiving the signal and rotates a cam 83. A push piston 43 is depressed while the projecting part of the cam 83 maintains contact with the push piston 43. A stem is then lowered and a disinfecting chemical aerosol can 31 is opened and simultaneously, the ejection port of the piston and the opening of a cylinder are communicated. Consequently, the disinfecting chemical injected from the disinfecting chemical aerosol can 31 is flowed into the pipe 47 and sprayed as disinfecting chemical mists 27 from a quantitative spraying nozzle 51 into the spraying space 25 to disinfect the hand. |
