PURPOSE:To contrive to density a concrete hardened body by a method wherein fresh concrete is packed in a form and, by giving temporary fluidization developed in the concrete only during vibration to the concrete, to compact-mold the concrete. CONSTITUTION:Fine aggregate is blended with the mixture of water and cement, the water cement ratio of which is 20-50%, so as to realize the sand percentage of 30-60% and then mixed with dispersant so as to be turned into granular fresh concrete having the consistency at mixing-up in terms of corrected VC value of 10-40sec. The above-mentioned fresh concrete is packed in a form or the like and vibrated with a vibrator so as to be given temporary fluidity only during vibration, resulting in being compact-molded into a dense concrete hardened body. Accordingly, the construction for road pavement becomes easy and, at the same time, the strength of pavement can also be improved. |
