PURPOSE:To produce the carrier for immunity activation which is free from material loss and is less in heat history by forming a continuous spherical body connected with spherical bodies like a rosary by rolling of a plastic bar- shaped body and separating the continuous spherical body. CONSTITUTION:The plastic bar-shaped body 2 guided and supported by a supporting base 13 is inserted into the inlet of rollers 11, 12, by which the plastic bar-shaped body 2 is continuously deformed to gradually smaller sections. The rosary-like continuous spherical body 3 connected with the spherical bodies 14 by small bridges S is formed from the outlet of the rollers 11, 12. The bridges 5 of the connected continuous spherical body 3 is cut and separated by a spherical body separating stage, by which the individual spherical bodies 4 are obtd. These spherical bodies 4 are subjected to precision polishing and thereafter the spherical bodies 4 are washed, by which the carrier for immunity activation is obtd. As a result, the production of the carrier for immunity activation is executed by continuous stages and the carrier for immunity activation which is extremely little in the raw material loss and less in the heat history is obtd. |
