PURPOSE:To improve comfortableness at the time of a dehumidifying operation by controlling an electric heater in response to the number of revolutions of an indoor blower. CONSTITUTION:A number-of-revolutions detection signal of an indoor blower 7 obtained from indoor blower number-of-revolutions detecting means 1 is input to a microcomputer 11. When the number of revolutions of the blower 7 is high and the air flow rate is high, an electric heater outputs a high output, and when the number of the revolutions is low and the air flow rate is low, the heater outputs a low output. Or, an indoor suction set value is compared with a detected indoor diffusing temperature value, and it is conducted in response to its deviation. Thus, a dehumidifying capacity is enhanced, a decrease in an indoor temperature can be prevented, and comfortableness at the time of dehumidifying is improved.
