PURPOSE:To obtain an insecticidal and acaricidal composition capable of controlling various harmful organisms such as spider mites, aphids with a small amount of the composition, having safety to useful plant. CONSTITUTION:This insecticidal and acaricidal composition contains (A) 2-(2,6 difluorophenyl)-4-(2-ethoxy-4-tert-butylphenyl)-2-oxazoline and (B) a pyrethroid compound selected from five kinds such as B1: 2-methyl-2-(4 bromodifluoromethoxyphenyl)propyl(3-phenoxybenzyl) ether, B2: cyano(3- phenoxyphenyl)methyl 2,2-dimethyl-3-[3-oxo-3-{2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(trifluoromethyl) ethoxy}-1propenyl]cyclopropanecarboxylate, B3: alpha-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl2,2,3,3- tetramethylcyclopropanecarboxylate as active ingredients. The insecticidal and acaricidal composition shows more excellent cooperative and synergistic effects with a low concentration than that of single use of each component and excellent immediate effect and residual effect. |
